Home 110-119 112 - Do You Defeat Yourself?
|
Many of the women I work with have body image and self-confidence issues, and I find that although they say they are trying to look and feel better, they have deeply ingrained habits of self-sabotage. Do you let yourself down when you are trying to improve? Do you punish yourself for not being perfect?
Answer the following questions honestly to find out: Do you have clothes hanging in your closet that you have not worn for one or more years (even AFTER our wardrobe workout)? Have you found yourself wearing the same pair of jeans or slacks three or more times per week, because you don’t have enough pairs that fit? Do you refuse to buy clothes that are a size larger than you want to be? ATTN: You are not logged in. Only registered and logged in members can see the full lesson as a PDF download, forums discussion link, audio and/or video files that go with each lesson.

My closet is divided into three sections—Normally Overweight, Seriously Overweight, and Never Been That Thin. I do not like to think about the amount of money I have wasted on clothes I just need to lose a few more pounds to wear. Molly Ivans
